I've been thinking about this a lot over the years. Lately I started just getting stuff from other toys and using them with my tf's.

But I was wondering about custom made energy blasts.

One of my ideas is to make some props for Oil Slick's chemical barrel's. Something that looks frothy so that it appears like he's mixing chemicals.

Hot glue and thin paint? You could push the glue through when the gun is slightly warm to give it air bubbles. Then give a thin coat of color.

Heres muzzle flashes, same technique to make them.
