Just a quick idea for Leader One, since Hasbro seems so eager to integrate Gobot homages into their lines these days... if anyone wants to play with this, go for it! I doubt I'll ever try it myself...

I'd give it a whirl if you can post that lineart you used in gif or png format.

How's this? I just ripped it from the instruction sheet for Acid Storm, off the Hasbro webpage...
Scroll down for Transformers, going WAY back

Seems too close to Starscream, using that mold and those colors. This one might not be easy to pull off, since the shapes of the Seeker mold are so familiar to everyone, it just screams "Decepticon" almost no matter what you do. Even if you made him almost entirely blue like the toy you're homaging, he'd probably just look like Thundercracker instead.
If I was going to do Leader-1, despite some saying he's too big, I think I'd still stick to Classics Jetfire. He isn't even that much bigger than a deluxe if you take off his boosters and launchers anyway.

Here's my attempt at replicating the Blue version faithfully (with added details so it isn't so boring).
It doesn't really follow any of the established color layouts for the parts... but I wouldn't have been able to pull it off otherwise.
Hope you guys like this, and can forgive my pathetic MS Paint skills.

Thats kinda close to my invisionment, but the feet would also be blue. And while can't be done with the picture, I'd either have him use the lasers as handheld guns or just leave them off entirly; even if the it can't be done with the mold.
It's Walky!

Because some people complained the first run of Classics whasn't G1 enough?
Seriously, I don't know and don't perticularly care.
There have to be a current toy somewhat better fit to repaint into Leader 1 thou. But I like Walkys. Could use some stars thou.

Silly fans.
I liked the deco layout on Classics Starscream, but the shade of red was way too dull and too many details were left unpainted (face, sides of boobs)... So I look forward to the GEEWUN one because it fixes those problems. I'll probably grab some paints and add more detail to the shoulder intakes and the knees though.

I had a similar idea at one point.
Bot modePlane modeI figure I'll just use Marvel Crossovers War Machine as my Leader-1.

A little bit more Gobot-esque goofing around... pardon the crappy Ramjet lineart, it was the best I could find without actually digging out my instructions to personally scan.

Nice Fitor.
I could definitely use a nice piece of Ramjet lineart like the Acid Storm/Starscream/Skywarp/etc lineart that was posted before.
