HeyMickey
As much as I'd love to have an official classics Thundercracker, I just can't spare the coin. So, I'm taking the cheap route and am making my own. My first real and official custom TF!

Everything has gone pretty smoothly so far, but I've ran into a problem that I'm not quite sure what to do about - his thighs. Right now they're a very light grey that pretty much looks white. It doesnt seem to be blending in with the rest of the figure's colors though. So, what should I do with them? Darker grey? Silver? Black? Or, can I make the white thighs work by adding white detailing to the legs and chest? I really don't have a clue as to what would look best.

Also, has anyone ever used Testor's make your own decal paper? Does it work well? I'd like to put some kind of lightning pattern over the wings and am pretty sure it isnt something I could paint by hand.

Id say paint the legs with the same blue.

Looks good though man.
HeyMickey
I put a layer of blue on the thighs last night and you were totally right. Thanks!

PS, Your TC is beautiful. I can only hope that mine will look half as good as yours. icon-hotrod.gif
