Yeah, getting several requests in the span of 3 minutes while you're trying to take on elite bosses is not cool. If you don't respond then they get all pissy with jive like 'R U THERE?!?!'. Then Dna shows up and tries to convince me to bridge for him because "it's the best XP in the game".

It's not that I don't like not bridging, it's just that I don't like sitting in the same spot for 2 hours doing nothing with a bunch of random people that I don't know or in some cases, don't like. I'll bridge when running missions with SG members because we all fight and do stuff rather than the bridgers and bridgees sitting around doing nothing.

Meh, I've gone back to my anti-PUG stance. Yesterday I had maybe 20 mins to kill and I get a tell asking if I could help with Babbage, and I find out it is psi Babbage. I figure I have enough time to help with that - it should only take 5 to 10 mins if we go straight for him. I join the team and as I zone into the mission, everyone else actually leaves the mission. They decide they don't have enough to take him, so then one says to do my Chimera mission (Praetorians spawn at 48, I'm 46 and everyone else is too) - there was no way we could take him if they couldn't deal with Babbage. So then another person offers to do his timed mission, but on the way stops in FF to turn up the difficulty rather than doing it in PI, Talos or Steel. I said I had to go, and logged.

Where are all the awesome PUG's that my PB and blaster were part of?

Well, I'm set for I7.

Yeah, her and Ghost Widow did. Of course, I didn't get one....

It was pretty cool how Ghost Widow entered. My team was over at the window taking team pics, when Ghost flew into view outiside the window. She hovered there for a bit, then flew in THOUGH the window into Pocket D

Apparently the titles expire after 6 hours or so. I feel a little better about not getting one now.

I honestly do not think they would activate the patch for Korean subscribers and not include any other members of the playerbase. I think that CJ is eluding to the level bump since the US and European user base is much larger so that there are enough level 40 villains to play through the 40-50 content. There was never a bump for the powersets back in I4, so I doubt there would be one for the new sets in I7.

'Sides, devs were saying that I7 was predownloading on Friday at the Pocket D thing, then in the same sentance saying it would be live on test within a few days.

If you do, get a FF Defender. Have them sit at the door with Force Bubble on and play "goaltender."

My Illusion Controller actually managed to beat the mission the legit way, with 29 getting through the door before we won. It was seriously hard.

Y'know, I honestly can not remember how that mission works. You have to defeat all on the map right? But as soon as you start killing the groups, you start getting ambushes...but the ambushes come from the groups on the map..so groups start to disappear from the map?


Blah it just sucks. My scrapper failed it, but my controller barely beat it as well. Yay for PA and spectral terror.

Weird, I went through the Croatoa missions, but never got this one. Guess I should consider myself lucky...

Well, all this talk of I7's got me thinking of Patron Powers for my baddies.

Nekrosys is obvious: He's going Ghost Widow. Those were meant for him. Araknae and Queen Sheelieen, after some thought, will go with Scirocco. Jon Von Shrapnel, being the technerd that he is, is going with Black Scorpion.

Frostbite MIsstress... what the hell. I need someone to take Mako.

Amazingly enough, the one I can't make my mind for is Pinstripe. I'm hesitating between Scirocco and Black Scorpion. Suggestions?

Scirocco seems a little too honorable for Pinstripe. I'd say go for Black Scorpion.

There's also the whole gadgetry aspect of Scorpion, that might work well with in the theme of things...


I know my ice/cold corruptor will be allying himself with Scirocco, I mean another end drain/recovery, hold and charged armor along with artic fog will be awesome - smashing/lethal, fire, cold and stacked energy resistance...mmmmmm.


I can't decide on what to do with Saber, it's either Ghost Widow or Scirocco, it could go either way...though the acc debuff from Soul Mastery would pair nicely with the defense of energy aura.

The gadget side of things is one of the reasons I'm hesitating for Scorpion. However... he's not really "the sharpest knife in the drawer"...

I'm also leaning towards Scirocco because... Come on. RED lightning. How cool is that? And don't discount the honorable side to Scirocco off the bat. Pinstripe, while ruthless, does have his "honor"... Well kind of. (He takes a job? He'll do it. think back to the "'twas the night before Christmas" text I did, when he realizes that he's been hired to steal toys. He didn't like it, but did it anyways.)

Scirocco adds some really nice toys for corruptors, which is good. I dunno, you can always try out on on test if you wanted since I7 is up now.

I got no accolades, though I am not suprised. Looks like I'm gonna need to do all the TF's with Razor to get the Task Force Commander accolade. >.<
