Possible IDW Megatron Retool?

Is that our Generations Megatron retool on the 2-page spread? I don't know who he's supposed to be, if so.

Also, Circuit was dawn instead of Fixit, which really confused me for a moment.

A word of warning - these guys are pretty susceptible to the broken ankle joints that occur on this mold on occasion. Just pulled my Starscream off the shelf and noticed it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-screamer.gif)

Either it came like that or happened on first transformation and I didn't notice it at the time. Unfortunately I didn't buy through BBTS, so...
