Need help with a repaint(s)

I've decided to repaint LoC LeoBreaker into Nemesis Breaker (mainly since I prefer Nemmy's color scheme), and I also wanted to find some way to repaint C Snarl's face to make his features more evident.

There are two problems:

I've never repainted a TF before and therefor have no idea on what is needed to do so. I did a test on another happy-meal toy, but couldn't make the paint adhere properly, so I'm assuming there is something else needed.

The second problem is that I don't know what color to repaint Snarls face to make it so that his face becomes, you know, visible. I'm thinking some variety of grey, but I don't know for sure.

Anyone able to help?

After knowing about these forums for an unspecified length of time, I decided to sign up. Seems like a fine place to be.

Always been a fan of the Transformers, and Beast Wars is easily my favorite of the whole dang thing.

I also often update the wiki under the same name I'm using here. I like consistency like that.
