Ebay scammmer question

Greetings all,

I have been doing alot of selling on ebay recently. I dont ship overseas unless the person has REALLY high feedback, and I read through them. Most I just deny though. I get alot of requests for LIMA, PERU, and Brazil. I have only shipped to Brazil once. It came out fine, but I don't ship high dollar items there. Peru I just flat out deny.

Any one here dealt with people in these areas and get scammed before?

Question for electrical savvy people

When i moved the boneheaded movers lost the plug. I am trying to find a replacement power supply. I says it accepts a 6 V AC 1200 MA plug. I am having the damndest time finding this, but maybe because I am bit rusty on electronic theory. I know AC =alternating current, and =DC direct current.

The closest thing I have found is this.

Is this the right plug? It takes AC and outputs it as DC, but is this what I want for this device? Finding an exact manufacturers plug has been a bust.
