How to make a video compatible for both systems?

I post this question on a few film making forums, but I figured since I post here often I'll see if I can get my answer here.

I made a video file that is formatted for Windows. What program do I use to convert it into a format that I can use to view it on a Mac? Also is there a program that is free for me to do what I ask?

THS 02 Hybrid Style Convoy and Cyberverse

Does anyone have Hybrid Style Convoy? If so can someone post a picture of him standing next to some Cyberverse figures? I'm curious to see if HS Convoy's size is decent enough to be placed with my Cyberverse figures.
