Sometimes your Jumpstarters get in too deep, when that happens...they call for backup.

Introducing the rest of the Jumpstarter brethern. They're tough, they're mean, and they will jump into action!!!

My first 2 group shots...both have different lighting and angles.

Sorry, I had to do it this way. Trying to save on attachments space.

I have no real names for them yet. As you can see some are pretty much done, and some are at least 50% done...got a little anxious to show them off.
Sorry, I had to do it this way. Trying to save on attachments space.

Some of these Jumpstarters were junkers that I cleaned, repaired, and painted, so some don't "transform". But if you really want, I can rig it to look like it's transformed. Just make a request in this thread, and I'll get around to it eventually...

The first few obviously, of course are the ones that's the most complete or complete. Used ReproLabels' stickers as well.

First off...I gave him a unique name, as to not confuse him with "you-know-who". Of course any of you are welcome to make a story of how he rose from a generic foot soldier to become something more.

ALT MODE (BIG FLASH)

ALT MODE (LESS FLASH)

Secondly...I was thinking of making him a medic, but maybe he's just a soldier with a hidden talent for repairs. I just gave him a generic name, maybe it'll stay or maybe I'll change it. Latch doesn't work. Silver stickers made camera flash brighter.

ROBOT MODE

Third...some of you might see it, some might not, he has a color scheme similar to Animated Sentinel Prime. Latch doesn't work. I am trying to get that broken gun handle from his left hand...I'll get around to it eventually...

ROBOT MODE

Number 4...Silver Blud...corny name I know. Better than calling him Silverwing, which sounds like Silverbolt's brother or something. Glossy silver paint made flash bigger than expected. The red was supposed to highlight the "silvery-ness" of him.

ROBOT MODE 1

ROBOT MODE 2

ALT MODE (BIG FLASH)

ALT MODE (LESS FLASH)

Number 5, and technically Number 6 as well, are the original swapped Jumpstarters. Most of you would agree of their current basic name. You obviously don't need to see them in their alt modes, do you?

ROBOT MODES

Number 7...a really bright character Kinda inspired by G1 Wheelie and G1 Sureshot. The current name is a joke, but I might keep it. The latch for transformation is broken, thus no alt mode.

ROBOT MODE 1

ROBOT MODE 2

Number 8...is an incomplete experiment, I tried giving it a color scheme of 3 distinct shades of blue. But only 2 of them came through, the 3rd blue kinda blended with his original plastic shade. Thus I named him as a "failed experiment" If you look closely you can make out the 3rd brighter blue.

ROBOT MODE

ALT MODE

Number 9....like "Silver Blud" I was trying out the glossy silver paint. it's pretty much the same figure as Top Twist but with silver highlights.

ALT MODE

Comments & critiques (good or bad), broken links, and questions are welcome. Again, I'll get around to doing more and completing them.

I went after the biggest, complex, and ones with the most pieces IMO. Of course a few had to be left off due to space.
Someone else can come up with another poll with another set of criteria(s).

I eliminated the "repaint" factor.

Feel free to debate, and criticize my choices. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)

I've got a 7 foot shelf, with 5 decks, I used 4 for my G1s

NOTES:
-Pics are large so I'd rather link them.
-Pics are old, around late 2005, I really need to update the pics.
-And yes, I have non-G1s, I need to take pics of them too.

Shelf #1=Star Wars (you don't need to see that)

Shelf #2

Shelf #3

Shelf #4

Shelf #5
In the cardboard box under Groundshaker are sets of Micromasters in mini-ziploc bags

Shelf #2 exposed-part 1!!!
Shelf #2 exposed-part 2!!!
And yes I do have a G1 Devastator and Monstructor now,

Knock-offs, I've gotten a few more since '05

Starscream Tribute, as you can see this pic was taken before Classics and Titaniums came out
5 Oct 2006
Canadian Star Wars & 80s Toy Expo
Sun Oct 22 2006

Some questions...

-I heard admission is $10, is this true?

-for those who went in previous years, is it worth going?

-how many dealers are going to be there this year?

-who here is going?
