question about selling/getting store credit from BBTS

So who has traded for store credit at BBTS? I'm thinking about doing this and wondered how hard or easy this is. What about shipping stuff to them, is that on your own dime? I sold on Ebay for years and stopped. The process is too nerve wracking now and not worth it. Tried Craigslist and nada on sales. Only boxes of opened toys do well there. So any insight would be appreciated. ^^
