See, now, there's a video game Megatron toy I'd want to buy.

Just saw this.

You can also see art of Optimus, Hound, and Ravage if you follow the link to sign up early.

Oddly, Prime is very TF:Prime. Hound is very G1. And Ravage is... I don't know almost a little Energonish but probably just a take on G1.

I would REALLY like a toy of that Megatron though.

-ZacWilliam, a silver Tank to G1 robot mode should have happened long ago...

Regaurdless of what and how the game turns out I hope they produce a lot more art like this. It looks really great.

Hope it has a huge cast just to get art like this of as many characters as possible.

-ZacWilliam, it's interesting to see the Prime Optimus design drawn in a more Classic G1 ish art style. I like it. I'm interested in how they would do Arcee or Bumblebee...

That is basically my dream Megatron toy: G1 Megatron robot that turns into a tank.

Mostly love the art. Weird combo of recent toys, G1 models, and original designs. Don't like the Prime influence on Optimus though.

Also, I like that we got as much info on this game in a day as we've received for Universe in...2 years?

Why is Hound shooting at the ground? He's not even looking in that direction. Seems like something the colorist added in as an afterthought.

He's leaping from a warp portal high in air along with the other Firestormers, to slaughter cyber-forming Empire forces bellow.

-ZacWilliam, obviously.

Woah, we NEED That Megatron as a figure ASAP. It blows Classics/Henkei/WFC/Masterpiece out of the water. Here's oping for it to pop up in Generations. Delusions are fun!

I'll also join in saying that Megatron is fantastic and I want a toy of it yesterday. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-silverbolt.gif)

Also Razorclaw looks nice and ferocious and it's cool seeing Generations Warpath in more stuff.

Ravage also looks nice, particularity his head. Hound looks nice and Prime, eh I'm okay with the Prime-ish design.

Looks like someone forgot to engage the safety. That's how people get their foots shot off, Hound! Pay attention out there. We don't need another Thundertron incident.

Hound and Warpath looking like their most recent CHUG toys is pretty fantastic.

I think the reason Prime and Hound look like toys is because they are cut and paste paintovers of photographs of the same. Look at the blurred insides of Primes right leg. Notice the plastic sheen, pin holes and how its off in perspective from the thigh.

Ravage is very Zoids-looking there. The shoulders especially are a dead ringer for the Shadow Fox.

I'd be very surprised if he wasn't largely inspired by Energon toylime Battle Ravage.

-ZacWilliam, tweaked for added G1ness of course.
