QUOTE Season Two of The Hub’s “Transformers Prime” Returns With All-New Episodes On A New Day and Time August 24 Optimus Prime and Bumblebee Team Up For Colossal Two-Part “Transformers Rescue Bots” Time-Travel Episode Guest Starring Tim Curry Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are back! The two iconic Autobots will return to The Hub Television Network, a destination for kids and their families, doing double duty this month. The duo will appear in “Transformers Prime,” which resumes season two on a new day and in a new time Friday, August 24, 7 p.m. ET, and will team up for the first time to work side-by-side with the Rescue Bots in a special back-to-back, two-part presentation of “Transformers Rescue Bots” Saturday August 18, 12:30-1:30 p.m. ET. The 2012 Daytime Emmy® Award-winning “Transformers Prime,” produced by Hasbro Studios, features archrivals Optimus Prime and Megatron once again facing off in their legendary battle for Earth as the Autobots and Decepticons uncover clues to change the balance of power in the war, and also potentially revive their home planet of Cybertron. “Transformers Prime” resumes new episodes of season two with “Hurt,” which finds Miko and Wheeljack embarking on a quest for revenge after discovering that the final relic in the hunt may have proved more fatal to Bulkhead than the Insecticon warriors who pursued him. Actor Tim Curry (Clue) will reprise his role as the villainous Dr. Morocco in a special two-part episode of “Transformers Rescue Bots.” The animated series from Hasbro Studios centers on a group of Autobots charged by Optimus Prime with protecting and learning about humans on a technologically advanced island. Teamed with a human family of first responders, they keep peace and safety in their new home. The two-part, back-to-back episode, “It’s a Bot Time,” follows Doc Greene's experiment with a time machine that goes awry resulting in the Bots, Cody and Frankie ending up in 1939 Griffin Rock. In part two, a return home to the normally pristine Griffin Rock proves unsettling as it has morphed into the dreary city of Moropolis run by the sinister Doctor Morocco (Curry). Yeah, I think the "may prove fatal" line pretty much guarantee's Bulkhead survival. Shame, too, because if he was dead, it would have been one of the better deaths in Transformers.

"More fatal"? Are there degrees of fatalness?

"More fatal"? Are there degrees of fatalness? That's the most unique use of the word "fatal" I've ever seen. -------------------- |

Actually guys, I think they're saying Bulkie died. It says "may have proved more fatal". Not "may have proved fatal". Which means the tox-en did more damage to him before the Insecticons did. Going by the press release alone, Bulkhead is dead.
That said, I don't put much stock in the press release being accurate. -------------------- |

Going by the press release alone, Bulkhead is dead. They're already misusing "fatal" as something you can have degrees of. You can't safely assume all of those degrees correspond to what "fatal" actually means. -------------------- |

I think they are saying, or how I read it was "The insecticons weren't as effected as Bulkhead was, thus Bulkhead is the one that might poissibly be dying if only for false dramatic tension to excuse a miko episode, while the Insecticons are laughing it up becuase they aren't possible maybe dead." -------------------- ***Signature removed by Staff due to size restrictions. Going by the press release alone, Bulkhead is dead. They're already misusing "fatal" as something you can have degrees of. You can't safely assume all of those degrees correspond to what "fatal" actually means. It says "The Artifact may have proved more Fatal to Bulkhead than to the Insecticons." The way it's worded is stating that it was more fatal to Bulkhead (IE: Killed him) than it was to the Insecticons (IE: Did not kill them). I'm not positive, but I think that is the gramatically correct way to use it. I know I've heard it used like that before, though I'll be darned if I can remember where. In short: Bulkhead dead, Insecticons alive. But again, that's assuming this Press Release is correct, which I have little faith it is. It will stun me if they kill of Bulkhead, because A) it's actually something that changes the status quo, and B) they never actually bothered to tell us what the history between Bulkhead and Breakdown was (which isn't a surprise so much as it is immensely disapointing). -------------------- |

It doesn't say that. It says (I mean good lord, it's right up there) "the final relic in the hunt may have proved more fatal to Bulkhead than the Insecticon warriors who pursued him"
It clearly says the relic was more fatal than the insecticons were. It killed him, rather than them killing him. |

"May have". The phrase "may have" implicitly includes the possibility of "may not have". They're teasing IS HE DEAD OR NOT, not saying he is.

right, would he have died, the cause would be leaning towards relic. I don't expect he'll die, but I expect they'd spoil it in a press release even less if he does.
