Not sure what the issue was, but every attempt on my PC resulted in the 404 error. I tried on my phone, success! And I got a confirmation email...

On a related note, the GI Joe Collectors Club now has their subscription service up with a deadline of September 4. BBTS has preorders up, so I am guessing that one or more representatives has a subscription.
