Okay, so there's this image from The Great Car Rally pg. 25 that appears most notably on the TFWiki page for "canon" and depicts Megatron popping up out of the top of a black convertible to fire his cannon at Cliffjumper. We would probably all recognize this.
My question is, did said convertible ever get referred to anywhere else in TF ever, or acknowledged as a character? I'm about 99% certain the answer is "no", but I'm curious. -------------------- "It's not that I like the Decepticons, I think they're thugs. No. Unless you count Alternity Megatron being a car, or Kiss Player Legion being a convertible with Megatron's head as oblique references.

Man I read that book like a week ago a my parents house. Its one of those things of mine that I've left over there for my kids to enjoy. I love that book and that car is evil ( curse you mass displacement) but I dont think it has had any life other than that comic. Except maybe in our imaginations driving down the road waiting for a Megs to pop out of the car that has just cut every body off only to screeech to a halt at a red light. One of these days our imaginations will be right.

I remember wanting one of those TF toys-- I forget the name of the line, but where the top of the car flips back and reveals a robot to "transform"-- to be this car and that Megatron.
