Well it looks like we're getting another Transformers Generations book from Million Publishing which will have an exclusive Masterforce Pretender story and an offer for an exclusive figure.

Yeah, but it wouldn't be anything new overall, which all of their other exclusives were. I don't think even a United style recoloring could be enough. I think the chances of something else more interesting are higher than a simple release of a figure they didn't get over there yet. The best bet for generating interest in an exclusive is offerrng something that isn't available anywhere.
