I don't see any Generations listings, just the 3 Prime ones above.

Huh. I was already thinking about trying an Ironhide custom from Ratchet. Guess I will wait and see what that one is.
Rumble and Dead End aren't in the show right? I've watched almost all of season 1 so far. |

They're not in the show yet.
Ironhide's Cyberverse was revealed to us before but this is the first we've heard of the Deluxe. He's a pickup truck that takes cues from his WFC and Animated counterparts. Randy -------------------- ![]() |

GENERATIONS - YAY! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)
FoC Optimus - Booooooo. Sure it was probably inevitably but yuck what a waste of a limited number of Gen spots. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-waspy.gif) FoC Jazz - Knew we were getting it but MEH. RtS did him perfect. Can't see ever needing another Jazz. Could maybe be saved by a working winch grapple but probably a pass. FoC Shockwave - Finally a winner. God I hope this is a cool toy. Shockwave is conspicuously missing from my Classics shelf. Would have prefered a Voyager, but I'll take a tall deluxe. Please look awesome. -ZacWilliam hoping RiD Rumble is the unreleased mold with some accessory to bump up the price point... NEED PICS! I doubt that Prime Rumble is the RtS figure with some extra accessories. I mean, now that is wishful thinking! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-ball.gif)

Zac William, if after we see photos you post one response about how it not being RTS Rumble disappoints you, I am going to kill a kitten. Seriously, dude.

Zac William, if after we see photos you post one response about how it not being RTS Rumble disappoints you, I am going to kill a kitten. Seriously, dude. Oh, I know it wouldn't match the aesthetic of Prime at all and is extremely unlikely, needing a pretty big accessory pack-in to hit the right size class on top of the other problems. Call it a fleeting dream of seeing that mold at US retail. I'm not hanging any expectations on it happening. -ZacWilliam, can I atleast hope for a toy that looks something close to the G1 guy and is of a size and relative aesthetic to fit in passably on my Classics shelf? I really don't expect to be collecting more than a handfull of Prime toys so filling in my G1 shelf just takes priority for me. Your mileage of course may vary. -------------------- Ever wonder about the speed of Turbofoxes?

Nice, let's hope that Shockwave is a pleasantly large-looking deluxe in robot mode. I did enjoy that design, so I'm not totally unhappy about this despite being a Classics whore.

I'd be tempted to put Shockwave with my Classics...but he's Prime Shockwave, not G1 Shockwave.

Meh, Generations news isn't great. Prime is the inevitable waste of a slot (yet more Optimus, but this time with probably the worst Cybertronian Prime design in the history of the franchise), Jazz is I'm afraid just not terribly interesting, and I was really, really hoping they'd save Shockwave for a Voyager so he'd be the same size as Classics Megatron.
I do hope that Generations isn't entirely FOC for a while too… Phazer |

Oooh, my interest is definitely piqued by these listings. I cannot wait for pics. I just hope the FOC Prime isn't a straight up repaint - that it at least has some new moulded parts or something.

Tsk tsk, Ironhide should be a Voyager. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)
Thinking about it, Airachnid really should be one as well, but I guess I feel that way more because her altmode is a helicopter. -------------------- ![]() |

I'd be tempted to put Shockwave with my Classics...but he's Prime Shockwave, not G1 Shockwave. Tell that to Energon Omega Supreme. Movie Bludgeon, Powerglide, and Guzzle. And the other guys from different lines filling out my CHUGUR shelf. If it looks reasonably like G1 Shockwave and doesn't clash strongly wi the Classic aesthetic that's all I need to make him an honorary CHUGUR. -ZacWilliam, hoping we get at least two Dinobots and an Insecticon out of Generation this time. I really want all of both teams but that's probably a pipe dream.... -------------------- Ever wonder about the speed of Turbofoxes?
