I'll settle for description, though, if anyone knows. It's not in the Virtual Toybox from what I can see. I'd like to see a size comparison of Titanium Rodimus Prime next to Classics Rodimus Prime and Classics Galvatron. Obviously it doesn't really matter which deco of each it is. Basically, I want to know how tall/large he is compared to them. I don't own any Titaniums, but I'd heard he was ok, and if he at least doesn't look puny compared to these deluxe guys, I could use him as my Rodimus Prime.

I can't do photos right now (flatmates in bed, and I don't want to wake him by having to move a heap of boxes to get to the toy room), and the ones I do have are absolutely abysmal and not worth posting, but the size is about the same as a deluxe, give or take a little extra for the bulk that Titanium Rodimus has. (A tad shorter, if anything, IIRC. But not by much)
Hopefully someone will be along soon with a photo, if not, I'll take one tomorrow. This post has been edited by Cat: Jan 26 2012, 10:21 AM |

Yeah he's about even with Drift, and I think Rodimus (classics) is slightly shorter than either.
Here are some shots I found online: http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/a...98747a03c_0.jpg http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_TJn_jlXMBVE/Syfe...S+Galvatron.jpg http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/a..._1279631386.jpg |

Just lined them all up on my shelf. Both Chug Galvatron and Hot Rod come up to almost the top of Titanium Rodimus's shoulder. So he's a head and small fraction of shoulder taller that both. (for Hot Rod that height is in the pointy shoulders so he seems a bit smaller) -ZacWilliam, he's a bit bulkier too which gives him a sense of being stronger than either -------------------- Ever wonder about the speed of Turbofoxes?

The middle is deceptive. Perspective there makes Galvatron seem a lot smaller than he actually is. Oooh, those look good.
Anyone wants to post any more, be my guest. But I think that did it. He's taller and bulkier than Classics Rodimus, has similar design cues, making him look specifically like that guy upgraded, and he's taller than Universe Galvatron, which also seems about right. If I manage to find this guy cheap, I'm going to use him as my Classics Rodimus Prime now. Waaaaay cheaper than Protector, and scales a bit better. |

Yeah the colors on those two figures were not acceptable to me until I realized they matched each other. Then it was all good.

Yeah the colors on those two figures were not acceptable to me until I realized they matched each other. Then it was all good. Which is... kinda sad for anybody with only one of them. And I have neither, which is even sadder. This post has been edited by Item42: Jan 26 2012, 12:38 PM |

I like TS Rodimus's height. Taller then Classics Rodimus, Just a bit smaller then Classics Optimus, and about the perfect size for Generations Galvatron. I'll take some pictures in a bit, if they are still desired.

Yeah, go ahead. I'd still like a group shot if you've got it, him against CHUG Hot Rod, Galvatron, maybe Voyager Optimus, maybe the new Kup or Wreck-Gar or any other neo-movie dudes.

I'm not the best best photographer, nor do I have a good place to take pictures, but here's my attempts:
Group Shot of the Primes, Hot Rod, Kup, and Universe Springer. (IMG:http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c241/TFDatabase/Rodimus004.jpg) Rodimus, Kup, and Springer vs Galvatron, Cyclonus, and Scourge (IMG:http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c241/TFDatabase/Rodimus007.jpg) Group Shot of Rodimus, Galvatron, Cyclonus, and Scourge (IMG:http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c241/TFDatabase/Rodimus008.jpg) -------------------- ***Signature removed by Staff due to size restrictions. Well, that clinches it. He's the right scale to interact with all the modern versions of the Movie cast. Thanks for the closer look.

The Titanium Rodimus always felt like it could be a Hot Rod to Rodimus Prime upgrade when standing next to the Classics mold. The flame chest detail even feels similar. I love the mold design, and hope Hasbro will revisit it and give us a proper plastic version of the space winnebago which remedies the Titanium problems.
(IMG:http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff116/qaztab/CIMG3656.jpg) Titanium Rodimus has been the centerpiece of my movie display for some time because of how well he scales with deluxes. I had trouble pulling the trigger on the Protector armor because of how well this works for me. |
