Yeah, I should be clear: The extent to which I am bothered by this is only as far as it inconveniences me due to the vast amount of media I now do not have access to, and probably won't for some time. I can't even really feel sorry about most of the people who have been/are being arrested in connection. Maybe that graphic designer guy. He was just unfortunate enough to have done work for the wrong outfit. But the people who actually operated the site knew exactly what they were doing and the risks they took in the process.

I need to pay for a VPN service to reliably access streaming content from Hulu, the BBC and others; but I consider that worth it. In this case, I think everyone had it coming.
