So the Smitty's were coming out of Wal-Mart last night when all of the sudden this black Camaro stops a few feet short of hitting my wife and son. My son pointed at the can and said "Bumblebee!"

Sute up!
Yellow Camaros (and black Mustangs) aren't uncommon here. I could just image a kid's delight seeing them both at the same time. -------------------- |

Did you lose both your hands/arms in a combine harvester accident that you are now unable to point? They need to make some TFs with a destoner or a tomato harvester or even a bale wrapper alt-mode. I don't think there's a single true TFs fan who wouldn't buy a Leader Class TFs bale wrapper. Your friend, TSM-in-N.Y. "Aloha, Mr. Hand!" -------------------- KEEP THE BEATS PHRESH YO! TSM-in-N.Y.

Honestly, there's tons of unconventional vehicle potential out there. I worked at an airport, there's alot of cool vehicles they could use.

I think we should rename this thread to "Transformers: TNG" because Smitty's inspired me to tell a cool story about my son.
I've pretty much always had some version of Transformers on the TV since my son was born (he's 3.5 now), and while I know he picks up alot (he knows most of the G1-BW show guys and the live action movies, and can delineate between different lines, i.e. the difference between movie and prime prime), I didn't know just how much until this past weekend. He's seen the '86 movie countless times and has always loved Hot Rod, so I thought it would be extra special that when MP Rodimus came out this year I put one away for him for Christmas (which helps me twofold in getting really good at his transformation, but I digress). He loves having his own of course after oogling my 2 for the last few months. He loves that he can change from Hot Rod to Rodimus Prime. When the Hub starting showing season 3 he was particularly excited because it has all his buddies from the animated movie. Last weekend we were watching FFoD part 3, in particular the scene where Rodimus short-circuits himself and travels into the Matrix. My son (his name is RC or Ryan Christopher Junior) says "Dada, there's Hot Rod!" I didn't really look up from what I was doing, but knowing the ep I said "No, that's Rodimus Prime." He says, "NO Dada, that's Hot Rod!" I look up and sure enough, he caught an animation mistake, where they drew Rodimus with Hot Rod's facial lines. "You're right!" I said. "Good boy!" I was totally dumbfounded with this, as even when I was watching G1 as an 8-year-old I never picked up on that slight difference between the characters (I had always just assumed Hot Rod was shorter and pinker, mostly based on my memory of him reverting in Dark Awakening). I really think I'm creating a monster! Whenever we get into the car all he wants to listen to is Unicron's theme. What are everyone else's stories of Transformers: The Next Generation? -------------------- "I am stronger than you know."

Since it was a black camaro and it almost hit your family, it was MURDERBEE Shattered Glass Bayverse Bumblebee. But... since in the Bayverse, the Bots are murdering psychopaths and the Cons only want to save their home planet, shouldn't SG BB be good? [/just kidding] (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif) Now I am confused... This post has been edited by BB Shockwave: Jan 6 2012, 03:45 AM -------------------- |
