I'm sure the toolings for more than half of the UT Mini-Cons are mush now.

Yyyyeah. Don't bet on anything pre-Classics.

Peaceman, Fracas and Aimless.

From 28 December 2011, by spending 3,000 yen or more at participating stores on Transformers Prime merchandise, customers will receive a free Mini-con.

'Peace, man'! - I can only imagine him as some hippie Minicon who only shoots flowers. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)

Otherwise, I am underwhelmed by the repaints, shoddy color choices. I made better repaints of these guys myself.

Man, I'm so glad I got over the mini-con bug. Creamsicle Axe is the only one that might be at all tempting.

"Fracas" is now Blow-Pipe, so perhaps these are the G1 characters still?

Not UT but Prime. People were thinking they might be Aligned/Prime versions.

I'm glad it's Blowpipe rather than Fracas again. This way, these Mini-cons can be used as either Prime or as a continuation of the United Mini-cons.

Still zero mention of G1/United/Targetmasters or anything of the sort on the page.

Am I nuts, or are these actually colored like their G1 Namesake's partners? Did somebody mention this already? Or is just so obvious nobody has brought it up?

Not quite... Pointblank isn't orange, and Triggerhappy is more gray, and neither Trigger or Misfire really have much black.

I guess we'll have to see what the instructions say, it could go either way as it makes no mention of them being United but the 2nd set of United ones were marketed with Autobot Alliance as they had new releases the day they were released. These do follow in the fashion of the United ones and use characters not yet used for that line.

Yeah, upon closer inspection you're right. I wonder if it was a halfhearted attempt at it anyway. Aimless is definitely more Misfire than he is Aimless.

Which is why they are not called Targetmasters, they're called Arms Microns.

Yes, i noticed that. I just noticed that on another board people were complaining they didn't look like guns. They are NOT guns. Of course it's not like you can shoot a laser out of any old shaped box in sci-fi.

Aimless as a drill makes sense when you consider the original Aimless was a construction worker.

Well, it's not like them being United was gonna make me NOT want them...

But this does make me want them MORE.
