Looks like the old thread was big and got purged, and Joe Kyde's eating plenty healthy these days anyway, so... Let's start off with some RID/G2 suggested by Windsweeper:

Hey it could work. He's got a Prime-esque removable helmet-head and if you remove it, he becomes Saber. And if you fold out the wings and the cannons from his weapons pack, he can approximate the look of Victory Saber. Just need to remold one of the missiles as a sword, of course. I love the idea of Jetfire as Star Saber (prefereably with new helmet and armor pieces... and sword of course).
Hound as Ironfist woud be great too, with a new head. There are several Ravage repaints that are great characters, but honestly I think that the Hound-linked Ravage mold is unbearably awful. Unless it's remolded so the head doesn't look like @$$ I'd dump it in favor of a big brain-explodey gun. What would I like to see otherwise? Throttlebots from Classic Bumblebee (Either Legend or Deluxe, preferably with new heads). Lightspeed from the Wheeljack/Tracks mold, again with new head. DoTM HA Whirl as G1 Whirl with a new head (and maybe new c-clip weapons that look like his G1 stuff). Ultra Seaspray as Waverider Either Cyclonus or the Seeker mold as Metalhawk (I think it could work as either). Breacher as AM Rollout (anyone suggest a good Glitch to package him with?) And the Botcon ad inspired RtS Prime as Ironworks and Powertrain -ZacWilliam, Sure there are other awesome ideas out there, but these are the first that jump to mind for me.
