I told you.
HIGHLIGHT to view: She's attracted to power. All her flirtations make total sense now. She wasn't really a prisoner of the Dogs either. If Lion-O hadn't rescued her, her "beloved", Mumm-Ra, would have. She was never really in danger. -SS (I expected it...but not to that extent. Wow.) |

There has to be a way to make it clear we want this to continue... it was doing well in the ratings, wasn't it? The problem was in Bandai's crappy toyline and overabundance of bandages in a box?
I hope the Playmates rumor is true and pans out... --LBD "Nytetrayn" -------------------- |

HIGHLIGHT to view:
Wow! I never figured that she was working for Mumm-Ra, I just figured that she was damaged goods. I guess I didn't know just how damaged she is. Having her die and regenerated by the ancient evil spirits because of her hate for Lion-o . Granted, dying slowly underneath a rock has got to be a really horrible way to go. Well, going back to watch the past couple episodes should be illuminating knowing her angle. The only thing that seemed off was when she said master at the start of this episode. And Lion-o, When is he ever going to learn that his gauntlet on the left arm has shield that can absorb whatever Mumm-Ra can throw at him? At least we finally see the races joining up to fight Mumm-Ra again. The bag reveal scene on the ship was great. And if the series is to end here at least it will end on a semi-positive note of everyone rallying behind him. Don't get me wrong, I would love for this show to continue, I am just saying that there are worse places to be left hanging. There are worst places to be left hanging. *coughRebootcough* -------------------- "When there's gold feathers, punch behind you!!"
. "Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up." -- C.S. Lewis |

Well, guys, they aren't doing re-runs anymore. Instead they replaced it with NinjaGo :/

Well, guys, they aren't doing re-runs anymore. Instead they replaced it with NinjaGo :/ That isn't necessarily a tell. CN takes shows off the air that will most certainly return, & they did rerun Animated for a bit, just in a weekly early morning time slot, if I recall. -------------------- My FlickR folder...

http://www.change.org/petitions/warner-bro...-another-season We broke 2000 signatures in 24 hours. This thing is climbing quick. -------------------- Don't say that to him. He's got a hate thing for geeks or something. I dunno, I can't bother keeping track of what he's mad about this week. I kinda remember... posting a whole hugging lot. And LioConvoy being an elitist dick in Mayhem. :p For the first time in Transformers history, I am legitimately afraid of Megatron. He's not a comic villain like BW Megs, he's not a Bond villain like Animated Megs, he is an honest to goodness bad nasty man. |

I do hope this show continues, it has been one of my new favourites, much like Young Justice. The world they created is amazing, visually and in complexity too. Man, I want to adventure in an RPG on Third Earth! Make a game from this, dammit!
I'm not signing anything that requires me to give my address to a perfect stranger online. I do. Considering I live on the other side of the world compared to where this originates. I have been waiting to see something from Bandai at SDCC. Looks like it came and went with nothing to show regarding Thundercats, but there was a little info about the show from people at CN during the Young Justice panel. Maybe the show still has a chance.

"Figuring out the next steps."
Isn't that basically the same bulljive answer Hasbro gives us regarding leftover molds from ended Transformers lines? I'll be not holding my breath over Tcats. -------------------- |

On the one hand, it holds out hope, which at this point I'm sure a lot of fans could use. On the other hand, there's still a measure of that's still just keeping us on the hook without saying anything conclusive.

Finally sat down to watch the season finale (kinda had to considering the Anime backlog I got going). Gotta say... dayam. Didn't see it.
And also, that is the worst possible place to leave it if their going to cancel it. Bad enough what they did to Exo-squad and Sym-bionic Titan... I don't want to see that repeated. -------------------- |

Doing some thread necromancy to let you know that Thundercats will be airing on Toonami along with Sym-Bionic Titan starting next week.
Doesn't exactly bode well for the likelihood of new episodes... -------------------- Being part of any fandom is fundamentally embarassing.
