Well, they don't, not exactly. Hasbro has hired Oxford, one of the more obscure brick-maker companies, to do the Kre-O line for them. They didn't build a brick division from scratch, instead they leveraged the expertise of one of Lego's existing competitors.

So, as of Wednesday, Apple has bumped their iTunes video content up to full 1080p, including ponies (no price increase as far as I know, and a free upgrade of anything that was already purchased). Normally this would be the tipping point that would get me to finally shell out for the episodes, but apparently computers that don't use HDMI to plug in their monitors are locked out of playing videos from iTunes. So I guess I'll just wait for someone else to get them and put in a request for a wallpaper of the CMC's clubhouse from "Family Appreciation Day". Because boy howdy do I ever want that as a wallpaper.

There's also this caveat: if you update The Last Roundup, you lose Derpy, unless you have some way to preserve the original 720p episode and use it independent of iTunes. But of course software that would allow such a thing is frowned upon by Apple. They also haven't fixed the color issues on the season 1 episodes, which I find odd considering the fact that Episodes 1 & 2 of Season 2 were updated a while back with better colours (all other S2 episodes have been better-looking from the get-go).

Dudes, this is a special edition Fluttershy, like those metallic/sparkly transparent/glow in the dark versions of the rest of the mane6. I'm betting on Glow-in-the-dark, myself.

There's a reason she doesn't have a pink mane this time around, so chillax.

A special edition glow-in-the-dark Fluttershy would make sense, since there has already been one of Twilight, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie (they're all a solid color as well.) Haven't seen any glowy Applejack or RD yet.

But poor flutters is still just a RD remold/repaint, regardless. I haven't collected any of these blind bag figures. I'm waiting for an accurate Fluttershy mold first. For me, its kinda pointless to collect a set of the main cast if one of them don't look like who they're supposed to be. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-waspy.gif)
