Okay, so here's a Fic thread. Please don't clutter it up with actual full length fics, but instead just post links.

I could actually use some help with an idea. I haven't written anything in a while, but I actually did start one called "A Dash of Shyness." It's about Dash and FS at Cloudsdale, before they got their cutie marks.

FS is the oldest student in the class, who can't pass basic flight training. She is debilitation by shyness, and with no fuzzy critters around, has little chance of recovery. No one likes her, so she always sits alone. Her mother was eaten by a dragon when she was just a tiny filly, and her father shipped her off to Cloudsdale bording school because he couldn't stand looking at her. She looks just like her mother.

Dash wants to be just like her mother, Firefly. Her goal is to be the best flyer in the world, and one day join the Wonderbolts. The only problem is she's over confident, cocky and no one likes her, which causes her to just shoot her mouth off more. So she gets left alone a lot.

Dash and FS end up bunking together, even though they don't particularly care for one another, and eating together, because no one else will sit with them. In one chapter I planned to have some of the older students make fun of Dash and allude that she's gay because of her hair. (Cause I hate it when people do that) Dash decides to crop off her beautiful mane, which was long before she took sheers to it. In another chapter I thought about having them fall into the Everfree forest, and having Dash force FS to walk out.

Really, here's my problem though. I don't know how to end it. I haven't decided what the point is yet. I just watched Dragon Shy again, and there seems to be some history there, so I don't think it's too much of an unreasonable leap. I just can't figure out how to finish it off.

Another one I had was Mach Kick showing up and getting everypony ready for war because Unicron is coming. But hat was just silly fun. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-waspy.gif)
