The impression I got from the BotCon coverage was that voyagers would have some sort of light-up interaction with their weapons, and the Starscream and Skyquake prototypes seem to bear that out. This doesn't seem to be the case with Optimus and Bulkhead. Are the electronics not a line-wide thing? Is it just that Optimus and Bulkhead are part of this "First Edition" thing, so the rules don't apply? Do they have electronics and I just haven't noticed?

I got the impression that Starscream has electronics because due to his thin and slender frame, he wouldn't cost as much as a regular Prime voyage if he was packaged on his own. Voyager Starscream doesn't really have the same bulk as the other voyagers.
