I've been dabling around with making custom boxes for some of my figures, and I've been using poster board to built inserts to hold the figure. I'd really like to try and make plastic inserts instead, but I'm not sure how. Does anyone know of some resources online that could help me out?

Seems to me that Vacuuforming might be the best way to go about doing this.
