Looks like a lost movie 1 Target redeco scout. Shame they couldn't come up with something for the other two. I don't get what the fixation is with releasing TF Cybertron scouts in multiple venues, unchanged. Hasbro tends to use scouts as exclusives for the smaller stores and Cybertron was the last TF toyline to have decent scouts. Hasbro leaves them unchanged just to save money.

I mean, they aren't gold, so not RTS, but Generations doesn't have Scouts and they don't say "Generations" on them like the Deluxes, so... Maybe a new Universe-style release for Dollar General and the like, this time with a repaint and a "new" figure?
