But guys... Big Daddy? What TF fans are you if you don't think of Octopunch the first moment you saw that helmet? I know I did... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif) Granted, it doesn't look very "Octopunchy" on this body, but that's what I like in PCCs... I can always cut off/remove the pegs, repaint/repurpose the toy into someone on my CHUGHTLU shelf, and still end up with an extra head I can use for another kitbash! Hope Hasbro does a nice Crab-former I can put this head on soon... As for Undertow himself - I'll most likely wait for a repaint and hope it is in G2 Manta Ray colors, before I start the repaint myself. Waterlog is nice in both modes, but the gun mode... would have looked better if he had the peg on his belly. This way, I cannot un-see that Undertow is holding a gun with a protesting Mini-Con lying on his back strapped to it. I really hope PCC gets to continue in some fashion later. It feels like they are just hitting their stride. I also wish (that while the "belong anywhere" concept is admirable) that there was a bit of fiction.
I can't unimagine this guy as Nemesis Seaspray. A competent sniper that nevertheless sounds like he's constantly gargling water. -------------------- |
