For some reason, I recall hearing this sort of thing being referred as an end cap, but I might be mistaken. Edited to add: Thinking again, I might have spotted these at the K-Mart that's right nearby the mall's Target. I don't usually visit Plattsburg, NY & I had done a bit of shopping that day.
