I'm pretty sure that most would just regard it as another odd curiosity of organic life. Although I'm sure that it would lead some of the more scientific thinkers down the path of thinking about evolution and how useful the process is when it comes to creative problem solving.

They'd understand, the end. Thread closed! What's wrong with a silly but still TF-related thread every once in a while? The title alone should have said I was going for the "humor" route. -------------------- Lexicon: still up and running!

I didn't see anything weird about the question until the word "fanfic" appeared. :/ I was just explaining why it came to mind. And also advertising your fanfic on the side. That's hardly fair, he didn't bring it up until someone asked him. --LBD "Nytetrayn" Yes but the moment you hit "among other things", nothing applies to the topic and is just someone talking about how cool/funny they think their fanfic ideas are. Although I have to say... he made a character who "thinks he's a pimp"... yet the TFs won't understand the concept of human procreation? |

Lots of twelve years olds think they're pimps, and don't get it. Maybe he watched too much daytime TV? But really, this isn't the time to discuss fanfic. or ever, honestly. -------------------- And now to lurk, 'til this world demands I rise again.....

In the 1989 Japanese TF series called "TF victory". starsabre & his autobot team rescue a baby who parents died in a decepticon attack. starsabre takes on the role as a father figure & raises a human baby. Imagine the diaper changing hilarity that followed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif) -------------------- ![]() |

As the fiction expands into a fully-realized fantasy, it's natural for folks to fill out certain details. How one "makes more Transformers" has been an issue discussed ever since the cartoon said the Quints built them. How their reproduction of Transformers compares to our reproduction would be a logical discussion for an explorer species as the MAximals and Animated Autobots have been portrayed as. |

Wondering how an alien species in scifi "works", both physically and socially, is pretty normal and standard for a scifi fandom. Imagine the diaper changing hilarity that followed. And this is why whenever people shudder about weird fanart/fic things, I'm usually rather blasé about it.
Because, dude. Canon comes up with weirder stuff anyway. |
