4th page - Is that Generations Skids and Screech getting their heads blown off?

I think I'm gonna like this series.

Indeed. There's nothing better right now than a Roche induced fangasm.

So much awesome crammed into every page. I think I need to lie down and take it all in.

I coloured them with Skids and Mudflap in mind but i suspect Skids and Screech were inspired by those guys so (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-waspy.gif)

in a word: yeah

Good use of coloring a crowd of folks all one color! See, it can work.

Yeesh. It's like Fort Max is destined to be a loser for eternity. For someone who has the biggest toy of all time, his defeats sure do outweigh his victories.

And most of those victories were due to sheer luck.

Sure is nice to see TFs drawn properly again. And who else wants a new Overlord toy now?

I have not bought many new Transformers comics in years. But I REALLY need to get my hands on this. Quick set up of who Overlord is, what he does, what the situation in the story is, all in 5 pages! Plus the motion and expressiveness Roche puts into them gives life to the pages. And a crowd in one color block! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-silverbolt.gif)

...if my local comic shops somehow miss this, there will be many people who won't be happy about it.

Seriously, this series looks to be several different flavors of concentrated awesome. Wednesday cannot, I repeat, cannot come soon enough.

Man, I can't wait to get this either. I gave up on everything IDW after the unforgivably appalling All Hail Megatron, but this I won't mind purchasing with real money.

Love the use of 1992 Decepticon toys we're seeing in the story preview. It's like if we really did get the post-issue-332 Transformers comic promised by Marvel UK. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)

Someone significant but expendable had to. I'm thankful a generic didn't take his place.

I'd rather it be someone Significant that tends to actualy get page time. Rather then "Hey I'm in a comic!" "No, your Dead!" "But.. but..." *blam*

It is kind of a shame it was Skyquake who had to go. But it's a grand old tradition of Hi-then-Die. And it excelently shows off Overlord's more whimsical nature.

He didn't get shot. Overload just tapped him with his gun, causing his scope to GPS.
