From the front page. QUOTE Million Hero Publishing, the publishers of the Transformers Generation 2009 books, updated their website today with new images of the upcoming G1 Skids in Screech figures. These figures borrow color schemes from RotF Skids & Mudflap. Of note is these figures will indeed come with the mini-scooters originally packed with the Diaclone version of the Honda City figure (pre-Transformers Skids) and e-Hobby Crosscut. One last final bit, is Screech now features a gray head rather than the rust color previously seen due to the mold break down for the figure (the head matches the hand for his tooling).

The grey looks quite cheap to me.

I prefer the red head and black legs, but I absolutely love the green on Skids. Not sure if the stickers are new or not (they look like the normal ones to me).

They look nice enough, and it seems they'll have some interesting fiction to back them up, but the old G1 molds just don't hold much appeal to me anymore. Not when there's so much better product available these days.

At $30-35 each, I'd so own these. But unfortunately, the G1 mold doesn't interest me enough to pay exclusive prices. I already own 4 G1 Skids, I don't need pay $140 for two more (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif)

Get to the important part. Does the tech spec motto suggest anyone is a "pussy?"

This will be my 4th and 5th including Crosscut. I just absolutely love that mold in the green, the rust color is nice too.

Which is feasibly less than the prior two exclusives as I think they were as many as ordered for those (from what I've been told).

Still plan on getting these, but the first product samples were much more appealing (always are, it seems). The plastic color looks brighter in these photos, which may be more accurate to the movie toys but diminishes the G1/Diaclone feel.
And scooters! For the tiny Diaclone men that are not included! ...maybe they're Auto-Scouts. |

I wish the black remained black, as I'm not planning on stickering these guys up, and it's a little too much gray. Their faces are no longer gray any more either. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-screamer.gif) I would have liked if they had to make Screech's head gray, if his face would have been orange.

Meh, what's the point of scooters without bringing back the Diaclone figs to pilot them? Human Alliance Skids and Mudflap ftw.
