Surprised there hasn't been a thread yet.
Wave 1 is "Battle for the Allspark" (robot mode Ratchet, vehicle mode Optimus Prime, Sam, vehicle mode Bumblebee, robot mode Megatron Megatron, vehicle mode Starscream & robot mode Brawl) and "Battle of the Fallen" (vehicle mode Ironhide, robot mode "Jetpower Optimus Prime", vehicle mode Megatron & robot mode Fallen). So the first set is the final battle from the first movie, with Brawl and Megatron being redecos from 2007 movie RH two-packs, while the second set is actually from ROTF. Really not liking some of these vehicle modes -- although Bumbles and Ironhide have some charm to them, Starscream doesn't seem like Starscream and they may have taken too many liberties with Prime.
