FAB seems like the best explanation, even though she doesn't look much like the traditional FAB toy. Those (a lot on TFW, really) who think she's the HA version clearly haven't seen the one picture we have of that toy. Certainly not legends - exactly how many legends toys have missile launchers (and this many parts)? It's not a scout, either, I believe - the missile launcher slot looks to be too small in relation to the rest of the toy in order for that to be true. Plus, I don't think any ROTF scouts have firing missiles.
It's really not a bad figure, especially if it is a FAB. --------------------  |

I'm pretty sure this is a version of Acree. For One, the third sister is purple; that's clearly established in the movie and the comic. Plus, Hasbro told us the third sister would be a redeco of an already existing mold. Even if they lied about that, and we are seeing a prototype of the third sister, why break the pattern by giving her actual lower legs and feet. No, it's far more likely this is a different version of Arcee. I'm not seeing the missle launcher you folks are, but I agree, it has to be at least Scout Class. The sculpt looks too detailed and proportionate to be either a Legends or an FAB.
