Looks nice to me, but nothing will top Razorclaw. The use of yellow eyes is nice. Randy This post has been edited by Powered Convoy: Jul 9 2009, 10:13 PM -------------------- |

I would actually buy that. Still, I'd prefer a new mold for Leo Prime.

Even though I already have Leobreaker, Razorclaw, and Lio Convoy, the toy looks far more attractive in this deco and I'd probably be pretty tempted to buy it. If it is real though, I can't help but feel it's a pretty redundant release. Though the gold waist parts and tail remind me an awful lot of Leobreaker, making me slightly suspicious, a lot of the rest of the toy looks like actual plastic colors that the mold hasn't been done in so I'm not convinced it's a custom.

I don't see anything that explicitly makes it look like a custom. The colors break down like they should on that mold, and zooming in I don't see any evidence of paint. The apparently molded in gold head flap doesn't perfectly match the painted mane, which wouldn't make sense if they were painted by hand.

The weird gold midsection seems like a high price to pay for a tail/whip that matches the Legends toy. I'm not compelled to rebuy this mold.

I would eagerly buy that mold again, if it were released in those colors. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-silverbolt.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-silverbolt.gif)

Do I really want/need a lion wearing a girdle in my collection?

If it's real, I suppose it might be the Japanese release of that retool.

Very nice. I've always found the primary colors of Lio Convoy to be quite striking, and they translate well to this mold. If this does see release, I'd be all over it in a heartbeat. The gold midsection is a bit unfortunate, but a little paint of my own will fix that just fine.
I'm very excited for this one. -------------------- ![]() |

looks like the leo prime head with some parts swapped from leobreaker. the claws, midsection, and tail are leobreaker's. this has to be a custom
but i'd totally buy this repaint. i wanted a lio convoy, but he was only in the legends class and then they went with that gawdy prime color scheme for leo prime, even though the bio referenced lio convoy -------------------- ![]() |

Wow, that's definitely more in line with what I wanted from the first release (Which I skipped, and then never saw again) to look like. Definitely would be worth my while, despite having Razorclaw (Soon!) and the two 'Breakers, for yet another unique head sculpt alone.

Why leave parts of it uncustomized? Not to mention the use of the Autobot symbol as opposed to the Maximal symbol. So either this is offical, or it has to be a "Logically marketable" custom. |

If this comes out, it will be the 7th use of this mold.
