Okay, So I just got myself an Animated leader Megatron, right? and he looks just like he's supposed to in the box

(IMG:http://www.allspark.com/albums/animated_leader_megatron/animated_leader_megatron_01.jpg)

With his Blade sword in his hand, but here's the thing, I'm not seeing a second set of blades.

I've carefully removed him from the box, but havent untied him from the base yet, just in case. Is this normal? are they there and I'm just not seeing them, where are the second set of blades normally stored inside the box?

Can someone enlighten me?

BTW if they are in a super obvious place and I'm just not seeing them, I encourage you to make fun of me.

Just going to use this to throw out a question.

Is the spinning blade gimmick just putting the blades into rotor forms and then manually spinning them?

Note to you: Always wait until you get home or at least in your own car before opening toys. Its very easy to lose little parts when you open them out and about. I lost 3" Titanium Bumblebee's gun just because I opened him while sitting on a bench in the mall.

I don't miss Blades. He's sitting in my little "display case" in my room. Yay Universe!

Now all he needs is a more Geewun paint job to match the Legends toy and he's perfect.

In season 3, Megatron fights three-sword style.

Well it WAS... But I've got mine apart on the workbench, figuring out how to run a motor to that transfer axle that the wings and shoulder mounts hinge around.

Oh, yeah. They aren't just manually spinning, Blues, there's a cross-link through the wings so they turn in opposite directions.

N R/T:

Northwest Short Line has some gearboxes you might be able to use:

Jameco is a good source for motors.

Tamiya also sells various mechanical parts. I'm not so familiar with their line.
