Kind of a bad pic, but there's one here at TF08.

Rg:

Looks really Houndly. I think the package should say "HOUND and a dog".

This set is hilarious. Hound is great, and Ravage is great...and then he turns into an enormous cassette, with no Soundwave in sight. It's hilariously out-of-context. "Look at my giant mix tape, Mirage!"

Silly, it's not a cassette tape. It's a "prison transport mode".

Wow, that picture, despite the mis-transformation, shows quite a lot.

YAY for green forearms/black upper arms! Great colors on Ravage! Hound has a white star on his fender! Hooray for bicep swivels and above-the-knee swivels! Hound is looking fantastic!

His shoulder weapon has a peg on it.

The new Ravage looks a lot better in cassette mode than the original, which looked like Swiss cheese...

Yeah but I mean an actual gun so he can keep his shoulder cannon in place while holding a weapon as well. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif)

Think Prowl, Bluestreak, Smokescreen.

Hell, I didn't expect a hell of a lot from a man who thought a Jaguar was a dog.

Ravage looks really incomplete without his side missiles, I hope G1 Ravage's fit him.

Yeah I'm tempted to pick up some missiles for him, but without knowing for sure if they'd fit I'm reluctant to. I wanna wait and see the reports of those that try it, but then I'm afraid they'll rise up in price on Ebay, ya just can't win. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif)

Find a fan or a place now where you can get them for cheap. If they fit; good. If they don't; sell them to somone that needs them for G1 Ravage.

These two were my first TFs...well, technically pre-TFs. I got the Diaclone and Microchange guys at a little shop on Canal Street in Chinatown.

The Universe figures are the biggest, bestest gift ever to my childhood. I need 'em bad.

Folks:

It seems like you could get launchers from some model airplane or helicopter kit, glue on some bits of sprue, and paint them silver. Actually, bombs would probably look more like Kitty's original armaments.

To hold them on, you could try sanding down some 1x2 black Lego plates.

Ravage is awesome - Hound looks mi-ty-fine.
Didn't they say at Botcon Ravage will fit in the original Soundwave?

Isn't it weird that a cassette tape transformer is cool? Especially now.
But... Even to me, it is cool.

No.

Soundblaster and Reissue Soundwave only - Ravage is double the width of the original.

That's not correct. At the Hasbro panel at SDCC, this question was specifically posed (by Yertle), and Hasbro said Ravage will fit inside the original G1 Soundwave, not just the double-wide US reissue.

I'd bet the peg-holes are the same size, too. I think I have an extra set of Ravage weapons, though one's slightly broken...
