Hey guys,

Just finished this up last night and I've been posting it at some places that I thought might be interested.

http://www.4shared.com/account/file/413225...rmers_2007.html

I took the Arrival to Earth song from the movie and figured it out and arranged it so you can play the whole song by yourself, classical style. The sheet music I posted is music + tablature and I made it into a PDF so it should be easy to read and printable.

Lots of people play guitar and this is just such a great song I wanted to give as many people as possible the chance to learn the song for study, practice or just for fun.

Enjoy, it's a great song.

Just download the PDF and print it. If you read piano music then you read treble clef. Take all the lower register bass notes that I have on the treble clef and double it a couple of octaves lower.

For example, first chord of the main theme is a Cm, so use a low C as your bass note.

Piece of cake, lol.

That's awesome that you're able to do that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)

Lonegamer, I did come across a piano music version - click here. The guy plays it on his website, and also you can find it on youtube.

Edit on 11/8/09 - that link is no longer good, here's the new site: Click here

Wow. The melody takes on a whole different quality when played on a piano. I'd love to hear an MP3 of your guitar arrangement.

I've got to get a classical guitar that sounds good enough to record. Most of the cheapies (*$300 or less) don't really stay in tune all the way up the neck.

I'm working on it though, gonna be getting a Les Paul and probably a new classical soon so I'll make a youtube video of the song.

Glad people are liking it though. I'm not getting much feedback but it's been downloaded a bunch of times.

That's pretty cool that you did this. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-ironhide.gif) Haven't played it yet (very rusty here) but I wanted to thank you for it.

Any chance you could upload it as an attachment? My school's web blocker won't let me access it.

Trumpet version?

Sorry, what I did is all I've got. I'm busying working on my cd right now and don't really have much time for extra stuff. I still haven't even gotten a good classical guitar yet to make a video of the song.

I will say it does sound really cool arranged for one instrument though. I've played it out a couple times and it sounds like some crazy classical piece, people are usually pretty surprised when I tell them it's the music from the Tranformers movie. I guess most people just think of the cartoon theme song.

Thanks a lot for sharing this sheet music as it is a nice song to practice on it.
