A bio-engineering genius experiments with some hydraulic fluid from Bumblebee and accidentally morphs himself into MELTDOWN, whose corrosive touch can melt anything, including AUTOBOTS.

Currently unaired, but available On Demand for some Time Warner cable subscribers.

Done watching part 1...

As much as I love Capt. Fanzone, I wish he won't say "And this is why I hate machines" EVERYTIME he has an appearance...

Yeah, thats startign to get annoyign, escpailly in this episode.

One of my favorite lines in this epsiode "What are you? Yellow?" "Well... Duh."

Also, anyone else think that Sumdac's police drone looks like ED from Robocop? Seems to have about the same track record as well...

In all honesty, I thought it was a better episode then the Grimlock episode - which had a dull Prowl/Bulkhead sideplot and some lamer fight sequences. This one was a solid episode all around - felt very much like a Teen Titans episode.

Done watching part 3 now.

Watching this episode after "Blast From The Past" didn't threw off the narrative *TOO* much, since Megs wasn't involved in any way. So even getting this episode later when it gets aired won't cause too much damage - unless of course it gets aired *AFTER* Prometheus comes back, in which case he'd make his TV appearance before his intro ep...

I actually didn't like this episode at all. It felt pretty clunky, and totally unlike what we've seen so far. I'm glad they skipped it - Blast From the Past was way better.

This was great. I loved Bumblebee being the challenger in the wrestling match. It was such a G1 thing for a Transformer to do. Much more solid episode than the Grimlock one.

Skipping this for Blastfrom the past makes sense to me. We have Home si where the spark is, where Megatron is involved, and ends with him decidning to reveal hismelf to Sumdac. Then we would have had this, then the continuation of Home's subplot with Megatron. It flows a bit better having 4 and 6 back to back, as it comes acrss sorta as 'the next day'.

This one is episodic enough that it could probably come anywhere in the 'intro' episodes. Over all it was pretty fun, but Bumblebee is still kinda annoyign to me, but it does show off his speed more. He's also reminding me more and more fo Rat Trap in personality.

Thinkign on it, doesnt Robocop take place in Future Detroit? Makes me wonder if it was more of a nod then a coindence.

a bit hesitant to watch this, since it's a long enough wait between new episodes without having to skip a week when they eventually do air it.

I liked the episode.

The whole scene with black trying to bribe the detective was great. Add that with the wrestling match and the detectives hatred of the autobots.

The little bane guy was neat. A good henchman for black.

Black himself was a lot cooler before he became meltdown. I hope he can change his appearance in future appearances. Esp his wierdly shaped head. Like a nuclear homer simpson.

Sari proved herself useful, ratchet got to show his smarts again like in the pilot movie, prowl steals every scene he's in too.

The only downside is that Optimus hasn't done much of anything since the fight with Starscream.

wowwwww...that episode was all over the place. I gotta say I didn't like it though...too...odd for me. I liked that on one hand it was kinda a non-kid heavy. I mean, I watched it with my sister's 9 year old son this morning and he got kinda bored and confused. From what he said he didn't understand why Meltdown couldn't just make his drug better instead of going crazy right off the bat, and he didn't get why the made fun of BB so much. I didn't get that either. I know it's a kid show for the get go, and there needs to be lessons learned, but even my little nephew thought it was being shoved down his throat. First they teach him to be nice to the big stupid guys, and now it's to be nice to the short guy and making fun of people is mean. Lol, he rolled his eyes when Ratchet and Bulkhead made a funny and they all did the Full House laugh together.
My fav part was when Prowl highfived BH. There was little Bruce Lee noise to it. So this episode was never showed? Is that what I'm getting. Was it because the Dinobot episode was just better in plot or was it the animation?

I think it was just moved around the airing order, so they could start stronger, with the Dinobots and all.

It was moved around in the airing order, for reasons we DON'T KNOW. That's just a theory.

SANKYUU, MG!

Bulkhead folding his... wings into a seat got a "COOL!!!" out of me right off the bat. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif) Simple, but it's not often I see parts of themselves being utilized like that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)

What that "wrestler" did with the pumps on his back reminds me of Bane a bit much. Advantages of bio-tech, eh? Uncanny Valley! Really Fanzone, doesn't usage of steroids in that fashion ring warning bells? Messy enough in the real world.

Unfortunate incident with Fanzone's wife due to recognition issues in the program... *pats the poor captain*

Ratchet's magnifier kinda freaked me out for a moment, but it's kinda cool. Love the joke exchange between Bulkhead and Prowl, especially that little high-five. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif) Poor 'Bee, what with the short jokes.

In a way, I'm actually glad CN aired "Blast from the Past" instead of this, as much as I'm for sticking with correct airing sequences. Stellar work, CN! And on your third week at that! *insert sarcasm* Reason behind this is that the joke exchange between Bulkhead and Prowl might not make as much sense before "Blast", yet it does begs the question on Megatron's involvement should this had taken place properly after "Home".

And darnit, Prime's TRAILER!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-waspy.gif) Subspace, again?

Really good and well paced episode. I wish Bumblebee's voice didn't sound like Steve Urkle. I try to superimpose Dan Gilvezan's voice over it in my mind but it doesn't work because this Bumblebee is such a dumbtard compared to G1 Bumblebee, who at least had class.

I kept swearing Black sounded like Jeffery Combs but it wasn't him.

I've only seen the first part of this that was up on YouTube, but I think I have a good idea of why this was skipped.

During his explanation of the Biotech, Black mentions that it uses steroids. I was a little shocked to actually hear them say it. Given the fact that it's followed up by a guy in a wrestling ring going into a "roid rage" and trying to hurt someone... I can see why they didn't air it.
