VERY excellent. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-ironhide.gif) Though I can't help feeling this would be better if I knew just who was who. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-wildride.gif) (That doesn't mean just names, that means if I had interacted with the user(s) behind each character more, too. >_>; )

Oh, snap. This is HAWT. Very sexy work, Kev. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)
And there's a function to 'merge down' layers under the Layer menu, does two at a time, though both need to be visible. May need to do some swapping around to get the ones you want together. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif) -------------------- ![]() |

Thanks guys.
W- I tried to merge them, but that messed up the effects. I got all the background flattened; but every time I try to do the characters, I end up with a white outline around them. Ah, well. |

What I do to flatten certain layers is...
I select a base layer. Usually I highlight (select) the topmost layer I want to merge. I then link all the associated layers I'd like to flatten. For example: If you want all the characters on a single layer, link all the character layers to each other. Then, I select 'Merge Linked' on the Layers function menu. It's the arrow off to the side, near the top of the Layers palatte. The layers should then merge up into whatever layer you had highlighted. Does that make any sense? It's late...
