I was looking up TF books on Amazon to see if there was any new info on "Exodus" and came across some listings I had not seen before. Have these been announced and I missed it, and if so do we know anything else about them?

May 29
Transformers: IDW Hardcover collection vol. 1

Looks to be collecting all the IDW books in story/chronological order with an awesome EJ Su Megs cover. Looks to cover all the stories that happen in universe between Megatron and the end of Infiltration.

June 29
Allspark Almanac: Vol 2
Season 3 I assume?

Aug. 3rd release
Transformers: Hunt for the Decepticons: Satellite Meltdown

Transformer: Hunt for the Decepticons: Ratchet to the Rescue

These look to be kids picture books. Movie continuity but based on the toyline maybe? Wonder if we'll see any toy-only character?

Just wondering if we know any more about any of these that I might have missed.

Didn't IDW already do a super deluxe mega jawsome hardcover collection of their early Transformers output? Infiltration through Devastation plus the first batch of Spotlights or something to that effect?

So what, they're doing ANOTHER OMG bestest complete hardcover kickass throw away your old one and buy this one edition?

Oh IDW...

I think this one is supposed to be different in that it's in story order rather than publication order. Honestly the biggest draw for me is the EJ SU cover wich looks to be just beautiful.

They've done two volumes of those so far. A third would probably be all of All Hail Megatron.

Damnitall, I don't even have the first Allspark Almanac and now they're coming out with Volume Two? Guess it's back to picking up cans on the side of the road for me...

Except it's not. The solicitation specificaly says it's Megatron:Origin, the Spotlights set pre-Infiltration, and Infiltration. Apparently they're "reseting" their Hardcovers to go in story order now. I guess.

Oh I know. It was more a comment on the weirdness of reseting at book 3 of an expensive Hardcover series.

-ZacWilliam ok with the idea of the books being in chronological oder but thinks that's a tricky thing to figure out sometimes and doesn't really trust IDW Editorial to pull it off at this point.

Regarding "Exodus" I saw that randomhouse has a link for it and underneath it's title it is "The Official History of the War for Cybertron" whatever this is supposed to mean. I am wondering if this is going to be a novelization for the upcoming Transformers War for Cybertron video game...of which I just recently saw the trailer about six times and thought it kicked some ass. Regarding the Allspark Almanac 2...I too never picked up the first Almanac because none of the Chapters book stores in Vancouver ever got them in. I guess I'll have to order both of these from Amazon eventually.
