Damn it the one place I did not look... And I threw out my packaging, not that I need the instructions, but I was wondering why the foot rest deck folded down...

The instructions don't even show the rotor blades folding, much less the deck. Once I open Bumblebee up I'll see if it does anything useful with him. But I suspect not.

Folding the deck down does let Axle hold the grapple hook so maybe that's it. I don't have Bee yet but I might pick him up this weekend.
