Time: 11:30am Store: Target (K-Mart?) City: Plattsburg State: New York 3 Jazz & 3 Tracks. Not with the rest of the Transformers, but had own little display in the short section of the shelving. For some reason, I recall hearing this sort of thing being referred as an end cap, but I might be mistaken. Edited to add: Thinking again, I might have spotted these at the K-Mart that's right nearby the mall's Target. I don't usually visit Plattsburg, NY & I had done a bit of shopping that day.
