I stumbled across his entry on the Wiki, and I don't recall ever seeing him or his wavemates in stores back when the first movie toyline was winding down. He's pretty sweet looking, but I can't even find one on eBay. Was he one of those barely-any-made end-of-the-series guys?

not really. i got the watch repaint off ebay, but the final wave of these guys is damn near impossible to find

I got mine on either HTS or BBTS, I don't remember which...I can say, for sure, that I never saw him (or his wavemates) in a retail store.

I randomly found his wave at a Ross way way later, like during the ROTF toyline. I had honestly forgotten about them until I spied one in the mess. Took a couple trips to find all three, and I never saw any except the ones I snagged.
