At first I thought it's Hauler, but then I saw Artfire's decal as the background image there. So I guess it's remolded to be different from both Inferno and Grapple?

Yup. Looks like they're trying to use Grapple's crane arm as Artfire's ladder, then cover up the hook by using a Minicon as a water cannon.

Making Artfire a crane truck would help distinguish him from the similarly-colored Inferno. Also, preteding the crane arm is a ladder would be dumb.
