Brain-eating murderers are hardly new.
The face-eating thing seems to be a clear case of a guy who took some really bad drugs. In this case a meth-like substance called "Bath Salts", that has no set recipe and could have all manner of things in it. Horrible cases, yes. Signs of anything?
