It finally happened, Robb Pratt has released his second fan-made Superman animation, and boy is it ever good!

The guy is incredibly talented and one can only hope Warner ends up taking notice.

And for those that never saw the original:

Yeah, just like the first one that's pretty much the most perfect thing ever. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif)

See THIS is what Superman needs to be a sucess. NOT reinvention. Not a new costume. Not Dark Night seriousness. Not updating.

Superman just needs someone who understands and loves Superman doing it well. This is the Superman that made Superman and it still works perfectly when done with love.

-ZacWilliam, wishes Hollywood could have found someone to make a Superman movie based on this type of understanding and concept. God how I want to see him do Brainiac next. Or, you know, a full movie.

Me no am quoting for falsehoods. Me am totally disagree with Detour and Ursa Magnus. Me think Warner am doing good with Superman and that Man of Steel will no am be bad.

Oh wow it's only on the 2nd viewing that I noticed the music had been reversed in the Bizarro clip (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-ironhide.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif)

I thought the way they did Bizarro's voice was pretty clever. It's a good thing that he didn't have that much dialogue though, as sometimes the results are incomprehensible.

I'd like to see WB let this guy take over the "DC Showcase" shorts that used to come with the direct-to-video animated movies. (The last couple movies didn't have them, I'm assuming the program's dead.) See what he can do with 10 minutes (Fleischer-sized), and go from there.
