In my case, it might make me MORE bold. I'm already mixing Classics and Movie and plan to integrate Prime...maybe I could get away with throwing some Animated into the mix as well at this point. Part of me feels like I always have to have an in-story (my own little universe) explanation if they look really different, but these guys are just diverse seemingly as a natural state of being.

Some of the later Animated guys work well enough. I've got Rodimus, Magnus, and Cybertronian Ratchet in my MTMTE crew.

Arghh. I really want to read this and Comixology app stores have been down since like 9:00. Theyre down for everyone else too right? It's not just my pad?

-ZacWilliam, got spoiled by MtMtE being up to read at like 8am when it came out...

I won't spoil things, but please skip this if you haven't read it, just in case.

I really enjoyed this. It is quite connected with the events of More Than Meets The Eyes 1, in more than one spot. But not enough that you would be lost without it.

It reminded me strongly of Battlestar Galactica, and I'm really intrigued at the politics. I'm also curious about who a certain someone was talking to in the shadows. I have a guess, but yeah, I'll leave that for later.

I was surprised at the constant mention of the sun, sunsets, etc. didn't realise Cynertron had that.

I also see why Red Alert got such a radical redesign. Sideswipe's look is very close to being confusable with the traditional Red Alert, lot of white on him.

I liked this more than More Than Meets The Eyes 1, but both were great, IMO.

This has a lot of potential, and fans of the post-Unicron Marvel stuff should love this, it really reminded me of that.

Great stuff.

I just got it from Comixology, so the app works in the US.

Loved this a lot! I was afraid that after the stellar MTMTE#1 I would be disappointed with RID. Not so! Right now I'm not sure which series I like more. I love the politicking and Cybertron as this wild, dangerous, and unexplored frontier.

So, of the 14 Promo pics, I know of:
1. Allspark: Metalhawk
2. TFW2005: Skywarp
3. ComicVine: Shockwave
4. TFormers: Bombshell
5. IDW: Needlenose
6. Seibertron: Soundwave
7. Full Metal Hero: Ratbat
8. Polaris: Tappet
9. Newsarama: Starscream
10. ComicBookResources: Bumblebee
11. John Barber's Twitter: Prowl
12. Andrew Griffiths' blog: Wheeljack
13.
14.

Any guesses when, where and who will be in the final two?

Edited to add the ones Cattleprod & Sockie posted

Very quickly, this was a good read.

Perhaps not as satisfying as MTMTE, but Barber's hands are safe hands indeed.

I think Swoop, Blurr, Arcee and Blackarachnia all work pretty well with CHUGs.

Prowl is kind of like the head of the CIA. Definately not like the clean cut Prowl of yesteryear. In MTMTE # 1, I kinda laughed when he looked at Bumblebee when Rodimus' ship's drive blew. Now, Prowl seems to be mad at what he sees as his society spiraling out of control, due in no small part to the N.A.I.L.s who just show up with no gratitude, or direction. Yet, he holds onto his logic. Bumblebee is trying to hold onto his good guy shreds, but is not beyond taking the hard line.... Metal Hawk seems kind of obvious. If things were his way, no Autobot, or Decepticon would remain on the planet, taking advantage of everything bad that happens, and muting anything positive about Bumblebee's command. It was a nice start. Literally, anything could happen. Bumblebee says that Cybertron is his planet, and the problem is that everybody else new that is showing up, is making the same claim. So, we have a lot of disorder, a very volatile situation.

It's nice to have characters that actually feel like they're driven by motives again.

I enjoyed it.

I didn't like it as much as I did MTMTE but it was still worth supporting and I will be buying future issues.
