Aww God that sucks. My sympathy. -ZacWilliam, was stressing a bit cause their system kept getting my shipping choice wrong, expensively so, and I had to keep going back, fixing it, and then entering all my info again. But atleast that worked in the end. I'd be banging my head against a wall with that message. Of course the phone are busy, so I tried again. It didn't charge the first time and no product allocated to me, so it claims, so no harm done, right.
Same thing again. It's the correct card number, correct name and address, and I have plenty of money in the account. God dammit. -------------------- |

UGH!
"There was a problem processing your credit card: unknown ... blah blah To have the product allocated and the ordered completed, please contact our office at 800-772-6673 or 817-448-9863 M-F 9:30 AM-4:00 PM Central time... Please note that for items that are in high demand, there may not be any stock to fulfill this order. " seriously? within 30 minutes, and already a chance that this sold out? not cool. also, why would they open orders at 3:30(ish) CST when support for "incomplete orders" closes at 4pm CST? not a huge window, that. looks like i'll be calling in the morning to try and get this straightened out. yikes. **ok, i'm not the only one, then** This post has been edited by mattski: Jan 30 2012, 05:02 PM |

According to twitter sounds like it's their system not your cards:
