Thought I'd drop in to share this. Was very fun to do. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-hotrod.gif) But if it happens I hope they go with more then the current three Decepticons, hehe.

While I hate the Constructicons with a passion and hope they never return; I have to admit I rather like that Devastator.

One thing that I did think that might be funny was, if Dirt Boss is powering the other two by virtue of his mind control thingummy... it raises the possibility that Dirt Boss would only be able to control the arms or the legs at one time, giving us a new reason for the tradtional "clumsy but powerful" Devastator, and a possible means of defeat for the combiner.

But that's not going to work in your gorgeous "vertical docking" Dev

If Animated Devastator actually looked like this...I would be 100% satisfied.

Ey! Oh!
I'm combinin' ovah heah.

Edit:

Lest my comment be misconstrued as criticism.
I actually really enjoy what you've done there, the asymmetrical "bits and pieces" look works really well both thematically (considering the last time we say the Constructicons) and with the "rough around the edges" personalities of the Constructicons.

Good on ya.

Yeah, I'm really digging this. The style matches very well, the transformation is workable, and I hope the real thing is even close to this level of awesome. I also kinda get the feeling that there will be others Constructicons, but this would be quite cool by itself.

TOY DESIGN DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY! GOOD NIGHT!

*ahem* Fans can't send their designs to Hasbro for use, UNLESS they give Hasbro express permission to use them. Otherwise, Hasbro cannot use the design, as it has the potential for causing a lawsuit. HOWEVER, if a fan makes fanart like Josh Nizzi made Movie Long Haul, and is HIRED for Hasbro/Cartoon Network/ILM/Dreamworks, THEN the design can DEFINITELY be used. Or some legal crap like that.

Never mind that you're talking about months of engineering and tooling a new mold based on an idea that might not work physically for a cartoon that's about to end, under the assumption that they haven't done it already.

But it's a cool idea and a pretty picture.
